How to purchase

If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation e-mail is sent.

The price of each item is indicated in Euros.

The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.

Order confirmation

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods

Information on shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping cost

All purchases are delivered via the DHL courier. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Faraone Store provides free delivery throughout Italy.

Abroad, on the other hand, is always subject to a fee, depending on the destination area.

Delivery areas and PAYPAL INFO

The delivery of the products is made to the customer's address by attaching a mobile and / or landline number to be affixed to the courier's bill (we do not ship to PO boxes). All orders received with PAYPAL PAYMENT will be shipped ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ADDRESS DESIGNATED BY PAYPAL. Therefore it is useless to provide addresses other than those registered on Paypal. All this takes place to guarantee the buyer and the seller a correct use of the guarantees provided by the aforementioned payment method. Orders can be shipped to the address designated by the customer only if payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.

Delivery time

Delivery of products varies depending on where the item is located. We have 7 stores, so the item will first be recovered from our stores, then delivered to our warehouse / sorting and then shipped to the customer. Usually everything can take place within 1/2 working days or at most within 3 working days.
Deliveries are made and guaranteed by the courier DHL. All orders are delivered by the same courier from 9:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery.
The Customer is requested to provide a valid address with mobile or landline attached to which the goods will be delivered during delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address or particular delivery times.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address; in this case the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
At the time of shipment, FARAONE communicates the shipment number of XXX to the Customer by e-mail.
Any delivery delays exceeding 7 days. working hours must be promptly reported to our Customer Service (info@faraonestore.com). We will immediately trace the aforementioned shipment.


Delivery status
The Customer can follow the status of the shipment on the DHL website by entering the number of their shipment, through the LINK provided by us via email.
The web page presents the exact and updated movements of the shipment.


Receipt of the goods
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or in any case not altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 10 days of order confirmation.


Insurance
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the address indicated and collected, the goods are no longer insured.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the products do not satisfy the customer, a refund or exchange can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:


Return procedure
The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of FARAONE, which reimburses the full cost of the products returned by the Customer as long as they are accompanied by a return authorization issued by Faraone Store srl. The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer or via Paypal.
To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to MAIL at info@faraonestore.com to obtain authorization or by contacting our customer service at 081/7597236
FARAONE will notify the DHL courier for the collection of the aforementioned goods to our warehouse / sorting. After having inspected the goods (which must be intact and provided with a receipt and tag), the return will be made as soon as possible.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
The products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
For the return, follow the procedure by contacting customer assistance on info@faraonestore.com or calling 08118911741. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which FARAONE received the returned product in the indicated conditions.


Conditions of return
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all the original tags.
The shoes must be tried on on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box can be refused and returned to the customer.
Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your underwear and without removing the protective sticker.
If the sticker should if it is removed or the garments crumpled, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

You change
It is possible to replace the purchased product with another similar or different size within 14 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available.
Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of FARAONE. To make the exchange it is necessary to send an e-mail with the exchange request to info@faraonestore.com or by telephone. To change, wait for the change authorization issued by FARAONE.

Unauthorized exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the paragraph "Return Procedures".
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by DHL courier.


Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective.
It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges.
In such cases, FARAONE will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.
If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, FARAONE will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment.


Refunds
Customers who are not satisfied with the product received can return them within 15 days from the delivery date.
Please refer to the same methods for returning the products expressed in the Returns / Exchanges paragraph.
The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which FARAONE received the returned product in the indicated conditions.
The re-credit is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment, shipping costs excluded (unless the products are originally defective).
